Charbagh Aqua Quilt is made of 100% Cotton Natural Cotton Filling Available in two sizes King : 240cm x 260cm Queen: 220cm x 240cm bright, breezy days, a quilt whose pattern celebrates the magnificent gardens laid out by the Mughals. Imprinted as a hand-block print on fine cotton with a natural cotton filling.
Block Printing
Our block printed textiles are made from pure cotton and natural dyes. The technique demands extreme patience and precision. Each block is skilfully hand carved then carefully, laboriously, lined up by eye upon the fabric. Inevitably, this human process results in slight irregularities. A machine-printed fabric might, by contrast, be perfectly executed, yet it is somehow always a little flat, lacking the inherent liveliness of a hand printed piece. The wooden block design is carved by hand, taking up to a month to complete, then the colour is added and printed by hand, often layering up to 4 colours to one design. The quilt is then traditionally filled with natural cotton filler and hand quilted - a labour of love that yields some of the most beautiful results.
We hope you will love everything that your order from us but if something isn’t quite right you have 10 days upon receipt of the product to for an exchange or a refund. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The return will not be accepted if the item is unfit for sale (damaged, used or soiled). The item must be returned in its original packaging.
