Returns and Refunds

We hope you will love everything that your order from us but if something isn’t quite right you have 10 days upon receipt of the product to for an exchange or a refund. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The return will not be accepted if the item is unfit for sale (damaged, used or soiled). The item must be returned in its original packaging.

To make an exchange or return

1. Visit our store in Dalma Mall where we can process an exchange or a refund.
2. OR, you can call us and we will arrange for a courier collection free or charge.

• An exchange is only possible for an item of a similar or higher value.
• We cannot offer an exchange and not refunds on Cash on Delivery.
• We cannot offer an exchange or refund on international orders.
• We cannot offer and exchange or refund on sale items
