How do I change my order?

Once your order has been validated, you can no longer change its content. However, you may contact us at +971(0)2 3090274 during our working hours or email us at customercare@thecottonbasket.com as soon as possible – within 3 hours so that we can attempt to help you. At this point the best we would do is change the size or change the garments for another product of the same price. Please note, that the preparation time is very short and if you contact us after the 3 hours window, the order may already be processed and shipped.

How do I cancel my order?

Once your order has been validated, you can no longer cancel it. However, you may contact us at +971(0)2 3090274 during our working hours or email us at customercare@thecottonbasket.com as soon as possible- within 3 hours. At this point the best we will be able to do is process a refund (inclusive of shipping fees). Please note, that the preparation time is very short and if you contact us after the 3 hours window, the order may already be processed and shipped

Does placing an item on my wishlist or cart reserve them?

Putting an item in your shopping cart does not reserve it. We supply limited quantities that sometimes sell out quickly and if this is the case, an “out of stock” message will appear.

How do I track my order?

If you have an account, you may track the progress of your order at any time in the “my orders” section of the “my account” page. If you do not have an account, once your parcel has been dispatched (approximately 1-3 days after you have placed your order) you will receive an email containing your tracking number. In order to find the location of your parcel, you can enter the tracking number on the courier service provider’s website.

Can I collect my order from your warehouse?

If you rather collect the order from our warehouse, please contact us at +971(0)2 3090274 during our working hours or email us at customercare@thecottonbasket.com and we will help you the best we can.
